Intertidal Ensemble

As well as her work as a composer, researcher and educator, Isabel is the co-founder and artistic director of the Intertidal Ensemble, a collective of performers from Western and traditional Chinese music based in Baoding (China), who together perform a versatile repertoire with a global vision. As the artistic director, Isabel is responsible for keeping the ensemble’s identity by overseeing the projects, arrangements, new compositions and collaborations in which the ensemble participates
